Never use the service. Recently my 2023 Ford Explorer hybrid engine ceased up and Ford replaced it and AutoNation did they work. On our first road a road one of the hoses Recently my 2023 Ford Explorer hybrid engine ceased up and Ford replaced it and AutoNation did they work. On our first road a road one of the hoses came loose off the new engine, causing us to overheat and get stranded. AutoNation refused to pay for the repairs by another dealership because of their work they refuse to pay for the hotel that we had to pay for cause we got stranded in another town costing us money for Uber rides and rental cars to continue on our trip. AutoNation service department has to be the worst service I’ve ever had. I followed a complaint with the BBB which all nation refused to even acknowledge or respond to their request. Buyer beware More
