If you like wasting a half-day, this is your dealership! We got there at 5pm last night, thinking we MIGHT be there 2 hours on finishing a deal on a car we already decided on. We have them everything, credit info, proof of insurance, driver's license, everything. NO indication of any problems. Well when we were DONE, at now 9pm, they said "oh well the insurance info MUST have your Son's name on it, or we will NOT release the car!" So after 4 hours, they gave us a plainly impossible task! I have an idea for these folks... write up a complete list of EVERY DETAIL the buyer must comply with BEFORE you sit down! Or even better yet, COMMUNICATE that to the customer before they leave for the 45 trip to the dealer! It's really too bad, they're nice people...just clueless. When you waste 6 hours of my time... you get a 1 star review. Sorry... More

This dealership really knows customer service and integrity! Sid helped me find the exact MINI I was looking for and the dealership sent it off to make sure all parts were up to spec, paid for repair integrity! Rather than pass on lemons like some other places in town, these guys take pride in what they sell.
