When I went to sell/trade the car, the dealership suddenly raised a paint issue that I had never noticed before. The vehicle was never in an accident or repainted, so it’s unclear if they sold me a car with a hidden paint problem. Despite paying for paint protection, the dealership is using unfair tactics to avoid responsibility. Extremely disappointed and cannot trust their practices. More

Unfortunately, within just 35 days I faced nearly $6,000 in repairs: a failed oil filter housing, collapsed engine mounts, spark plugs, and a malfunctioning trunk cover for the convertible top. To make matters worse, the warranty I purchased did not cover these major issues—leaving me fully responsible for the costs despite AutoNation’s assurances of quality and protection. For a vehicle supposedly inspected and certified, this experience was both disappointing and costly, and it significantly undermines the dealership’s credibility. I also kept the management team informed throughout the process, but I did not receive any meaningful guidance or support. More
