Sales person need to have patience in showing the requested options for make/model. This was lacking in person who was dealing my case. Buying car is not a small investment and it needs discussions requested options for make/model. This was lacking in person who was dealing my case. We were not given that option, and when we asked for a day's time to think over, the facial expression changed as if checking out= buy now! The prices were very competitive. But they need to brush up their customer relationship, by being customer focused and in fulfilling their needs. Not just being pushy about the sale itself. More
