This is by far the absolute WORST car buying experience I’ve ever been through. For reference, I’ve bought, traded in and sold around 20ish vehicles as a consumer. I’ll admit, the wool was pulled over my eyes this time, the salesman I had was a straight up liar…cut and dry, and the best bullsh*tter I’ve ever encountered, which I found out after the fact. The truck I bought had some visible scratches which weren’t a big deal, however, when it came down to it I missed a very inconspicuous dented bumper which when I dropped the tailgate 1 time…well it left scratches along the bottom of the tailgate and not scratches that just buff out. This was not listed anywhere and was never communicated. CLEARLY the truck was not fully inspected. I was told to not drop the tailgate again until they could look at it so I brought it up to the salesman the next day or 2 and he ASSURED me I could bring it in to be looked at and to see what can be done. I took the truck and he drove it down to their service area. When he came back I was told the bumper would be replaced and tailgate paint would be fixed and that I would be given a call when parts were in. I didn’t call or harass or show up…I trusted them. I never got a call, around 2 weeks went by, I FINALLY got someone on the phone after multiple times of being told I’d get a call back that never came. I was then told no one approved it to be fixed and they didn’t agree to that, etc… I then took it upon myself to go back in to the dealership and convince and basically beg the sales manager. He finally agreed agreed to replace the bumper and fix the tailgate paint. He also asked me to not leave a bad review to which I agreed I wouldn’t do that as long as the right thing was done. This comes down to integrity and honesty. Once again I was told I would be given a call when I could bring the truck in for the part to be put on and to figure out the tailgate paint. Again I didn’t harass or call or anything…weeks go by and no call so I had to call again myself multiple times and again multiple times I never received a call back. When I finally was able to get the sales manager on he told me they ordered the wrong bumper since the one I need has sensors and I would be called when the correct bumper was in. AGAIN NO CALL BACK. I had to call myself and was then told they were waiting on me! Like I’m supposed to have telekinesis and know things out of thin air. I was finally able to get my truck there and the bumper was installed while I was given a loaner vehicle so I could come back the next day. As soon as I got home I found out the backup sensors aren’t working and my Check engine light immediately came on the next day while driving to work. I called about these issues and was told to bring it back and they will address the issues, however, I have chosen to not go back and deal with this place. Keep in mind this entire process was over MONTHS not a short amount of time. Oh and they didn’t fix the tailgate paint, they did an absolutely terrible buff job on it. I’m sure I left a few details out of the terrible interactions. There is no integrity and no honesty here. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. More

I would highly recommend to anyone I know. If they don’t have the vehicle you are looking for on site they can find it at any of their other locations. Thank you guys again! More

Car delivered was not inspected underneath properly. Drove car less than 50 miles to find oil and gas leaks with other issues over a $1000 in bills to pay. As just outside the 5 day window, AutoNation l Drove car less than 50 miles to find oil and gas leaks with other issues over a $1000 in bills to pay. As just outside the 5 day window, AutoNation lacked any understanding or integrity in offering any help to help cover cost of fixing issues that were found in this 30K car.. I purchased this car in good faith from Autonation who I thought were a reputable company that I could trust regard to cars being sold were inspected and not needing immediate attention. I understand I from reading small print that i am unable to return vehicle despite driving it less than 50 miles. However, out of a mark of good faith I would appreciated that AutoNation refund me in part for these additional costs I have to now pay. Please call me to discuss as still like to have a good resolution to this situation. More
Sales person need to have patience in showing the requested options for make/model. This was lacking in person who was dealing my case. Buying car is not a small investment and it needs discussions requested options for make/model. This was lacking in person who was dealing my case. Buying car is not a small investment and it needs discussions and time to ponder upon. We were not given that option, and when we asked for a day's time to think over, the facial expression changed as if checking out= buy now! The prices were very competitive. But they need to brush up their customer relationship, by being customer focused and in fulfilling their needs. Not just being pushy about the sale itself. More
