I recently had the opportunity to work with Kristian as we approached the end of our vehicle lease with another dealership. While the initial offer did not meet our expectations, he promptly consulted with the general manager, who was able to provide a slightly better offer. Throughout the process, I found the team to be personable, professional, and respectful. After discussing the offers with my husband, we ultimately decided to hold firm on our original request. About two weeks later, I reached out to Kristian again via text, and he presented us with an improved offer. Despite our discussions and careful consideration, the offer still did not align with our bottom line, so we chose to decline. I appreciate Kristian's hard work and dedication to securing our business, even though the timing and terms did not align for us. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership if they are looking to sell a car, as I truly value their efforts in trying to make the sale work. More
