Went into AutoNation looking to buy a minivan for work and Ernesto helped us out. Not only did he help me find a van he also helped me find our new family vehicle. When we started looking it over there wa and Ernesto helped us out. Not only did he help me find a van he also helped me find our new family vehicle. When we started looking it over there was a few things that needed to be relooked over but he jumped right on it made it right made sure we were taken care of. Once everything was good to go went waited for the finance guy, of course that is the longest part he went out of his way got us some food and drinks until it was our turn. After we got the paper plates he went outside started the van, got it nice and warm for the family and had the plates on by the time we walked outside. As I was driving off I forgot my other key behind and he started chasing after us (like he worked at chick fil a and I forgot my drink) he handed me the key and we went on our way. It was a long drive and it was late he made sure we got home safe with no problems. Continued checking on us and the vehicle. He definitely made a life long customer great guy and the best part was that he wasn’t pushy at all, he listened to what we needed and found it for us. So thank you Ernesto from AutoNation Austin. We will be back! More

The suggestions I have for the dealership as a whole: 1. Please make sure the carfax online matches the actual carfax report. Ours had a few discrepancies, including that the car actually had 3 owners, instead of the 2 that was reported on your site. It's possible we may have missed it, but also we saw something about it being a fleet vehicle when the carfax showed it was all personal use. 2. It would be nice to fill the tank like most dealerships do, after purchasing a used car. The auto market is insanely inflated, so anything to ebb the sting, even just a little bit, is appreciated. 3. It would also have been nice to be informed sooner that we needed to get insurance the same day. We sat there for about an hr doing nothing before we were informed, and that tacked on an extra 45 min trying to get that sorted out. I really did not expect to be there over 3 hours, it was definitely unnecessary since we weren't even needing to mess with financing. As for the financing office... well, that wasn't fun. They say this is a no haggle dealership but then they sit you down with someone else and they try to upsell vehicle protection. I get it. I get they have to do it. But it just added on so much more time to an already prolonged visit. They DO haggle with the protection add-ons. More
