I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I guess with all of the cars and people I saw there, I expected to be kind of shuffled off to the side since my problem was minor. they tried to get me to buy rotors and brake pads. I’ve been taking the car to them ever since I got the car nobody said anything to me about the brake pads being worn down or getting worn down! Fast service but not impressed with Emily. She text me to text her any questions, so I did. I told her to cancel a service. She didn't respond in 30 minutes. I called and they did it already.
