I am recommending this dealership with a reservation regarding poor phone call handling. I had a screw imbedded in a tire. I purchased the tire protection plan at the time that I purchased the vehicle regarding poor phone call handling. I had a screw imbedded in a tire. I purchased the tire protection plan at the time that I purchased the vehicle. My wife called the protection plan number as directed on the paperwork to find out how to proceed. We were instructed as how to proceed. I did not have an appointment but took the car in because I did not want to risk a flat. This was in the afternoon and the 2 service lanes were backed up which does not surprise me due to the time of day. I estimate that it took 30 minutes for the car to be checked in. The tire was repaired within one hour thereafter. The recurrent problem that my wife and I have is that it is impossible to call and ask a service person a question. The operator says that she will put you through but it always goes to voicemail and there is no call back. This happened more than once. The question was regarding the tire. I realize that this dealership is very busy but there should be some way to have a question regarding service answered. This is extremely off-putting especially since I purchased what I consider to be a pretty expensive vehicle at this dealership. How about having a service person available on a rotational basis to answer questions? More
The wait with an appointment for an oil change was over 5hours this place is insane to get anything done. They don’t care how long you wait. very unorganized. The service rep no longer come to speak to you it’s a text and they respond back to you whenever they feel like responding. I’m assuming between jobs. More
Service was great, but when looked at the bill it said engine filter was dirty. If I had known, I would have at it changed during that visit! Now I need to schedule another appt.
