The reason I am giving them a 4 is apparently there is a design flaw in the fuel delivery system and/or transmission, which has nothing to do with the dealership. My 2022 Tacoma Limited acts like it has a carburetor that needs adjusted… lag time when accelerating and there’s nothing the dealer can do to fix it. It’s completely up to Toyota to provide an update for the transmission and they will only do this if enough owners complain about it. If you are experiencing hesitation when accelerating, please take your truck to the dealer! More

very disappointed. The main thing I brought the car in for was not completed. They just made a comment - says not performed today. It takes too long to do service when you don't have an appointment. One time they suggested I need like 3 things to be done to my truck and I said I'll do them another time, when i went back to get them appointment. One time they suggested I need like 3 things to be done to my truck and I said I'll do them another time, when i went back to get them done they didn't know what I was talking about ,that my race 4 didn't need nothing. so I was mad and thing they were lying to get me to do about 800$ worth of work on my car. But I then they found the issue that because I dispute it they couldn't find it in the system. I think that was a lie because they all didn't know. Now I only make sure to get done what it needs More
