Communication was absolutely terrible. Dropped my car off Thursday evening for a Friday morning service appointment, had to call multiple times over the course of multiple days to talk to Dropped my car off Thursday evening for a Friday morning service appointment, had to call multiple times over the course of multiple days to talk to someone who knew anything about my car. Every time I called they said they would get the message to an advisor and the manager on duty and then would either send me to someone that went to voicemail, or told me someone would get back to me before the day was over, only to have nobody get back to me. By Sunday I had to go into the dealership to talk to someone who could help but they weren't even able to find my car. Finally heard from the manager Monday afternoon saying they dropped the ball and hadn't touched my car yet but would be getting to it and call me in the morning. He then hung up on me before I finished talking. Thank you to the advisor Japhet who was communicative, understanding of the situation, and was able to get my car serviced quickly. I was told I had 4 different advisors over the 5 day span they had my car. I'm glad that eventually everything was figured out and they comped a portion of the service, but the fact that it took 4 days to get a hold of someone on the phone who knew anything is terrible. More

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism that Joel provided. Although I did not have N appointment he made accommodations to fit me in when another employee informed me I could not. My sch that Joel provided. Although I did not have N appointment he made accommodations to fit me in when another employee informed me I could not. My schedule is hectic so I can not normally find the time to schedule an appointment. It was by chance that I was in the area and could make time time to have the maintenance work. I sincerely appreciate Joel’s understanding and the mechanic’s ability to work on my car. More
AutoNation is big, but its employees provide great service to each individual customer. Cory Pope is among their best Service Advisors, but they’re all responsive to my questions and concerns. The service provided to the car was excellent. However, last time I went, it took 30 minutes for an oil change and this time, I was told it would be an hour and 10 minutes and it was 2 hours. I was told it would be 10 more minutes but it was then 30 more minutes. It was very annoying and not how I wanted to spend my Saturday. THEN the text telling me it was ready was a slap in the face because it said, "as promised, your car was ready in an hour or less" More
