This dealership is not the same as it was before AutoNation took over. The person who took care of me never came to me to discuss my vehicle. She texted me and I had to go to her. This is not the same personal care you used to get. I went in to have my brakes looked at, after over an hour, she texted me a list of things that needed to be addressed. The prices are outrageous. I could only afford to have two items addressed that I felt was very important. So I waited over another hour to have spark plugs replaced and a radiator hose put on which cost me over $400. All total I was there over three hours, and I had an appointment. I had always trusted Toyota, but since it has changed, and I recently learned that a AutoNation has bought it and that is why there are so many changes. I saw other technicians, or whatever you wanna call them come out and speak to the customers, but my technician did not. I will be looking for another Toyota dealer that I can go to for service. It is a shame, because AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park is so close to my home. Prior to my visit the other day, I had windshield wipers, replaced on my vehicle several months before. When it started to rain, the windshield wipers got tangled up with each other because they were improperly installed. I’m really disappointed, because I need more work done but the prices are so high I can only afford to have a few things or one thing done at a time. I had forgotten to bring the coupon that was mailed to me from Toyota to say if I spent over a certain amount I would have a certain amount taken off. There were no ads at the store, nor could Marium find one on your website. I told her that I thought that if I spent between 303 $199 I would save $60 since I did not have the ad with me, she couldn’t look it up. I could have saved $80 because I spent over $400. I was told that I could apply for a credit card with AutoNation with no interest if paid within either six months or 12 months, depending on how much I qualified for. There was no one in the store to talk with me about it or help me with it. I was told you have to do it online. I think that is poor business practice. Not everyone has access to a computer. More

After my initial review I was contacted by a service manger to discuss the vehicle’s maintenance. I informed him of the issue and lack of attention to the “basic checks “ of the washer fluid system. He requested I return the vehicle and the team would evaluate the issues and supply me with a rental . After I returned the vehicle was still making the noise and were unable to identify the source, however indicated some other vehicles experienced a similar noise and was resolved by adding refrigerant and oil to ac compressor . The washer fluid was topped off in this visit however the CPU was not reset so the warning was still present when driving off. I informed the team leas and they had corrected quickly . Called the service manager director (Stuart) again and explained the noise was still present and he requested to bring in again and work directly with him on . We attempted to get the noise to duplicate as it is only occurring when the ac is on and has a low frequency audible while stopped. Again I was informed this is a known issue on some models but no service bulletin or retrofit is in place to correct and mitigation is to add oil and refrigerant. The issue is still present and seems as it will not have a long term fix soon. I was however very satisfied with the service manager Stuart and his knowledge and attention to my request .
