I’ve been a customer at this dealership going on 20 years and appreciate the great service I get every time I visit. My last appointment was by far my worst experience with this service location. I had been getting my truck serviced at this location for the past couple of years now, and my former advisor, Eddie Ramos, al this service location. I had been getting my truck serviced at this location for the past couple of years now, and my former advisor, Eddie Ramos, always took good care of me. He was not about the dollar. He made me feel like he had my best interest in mind and gave me honest feedback on my truck. Unfortunately, he no longer works there. What a difference! The service advisor that was assigned to me for this last appointment was not personable, he seemed like he was unaware of my appointment, and not 2 minutes into his introduction, he asked me about what I was quoted before and the cost is going to be higher now, etc. I was also turned off by the diagnostic policy where that fee does not get credited toward the cost to fix the problem discovered. To cap it off, when I went to pick up my truck, I waited 30 minutes before I was checked out because it turned out my Service Advisor went to lunch and there was some confusion on covering his clientele. This was my most expensive appointment and my worst experience appointment. Consequently, it was my last appointment. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere for a shop that can appreciate a lifetime customer. More
