The Service Department has lost my confidence. Had been a loyal customer for many years. My husband took his 2010 Corolla if for an oil change and alignment. On our way home, we noticed how badly the car was pulling to the right. When we called our service rep. he said it was due to the 'natural curve of the road'. BS!! We went born yesterday!! We had to take the car back and have them correct the issue. This is just one example of the recent disappointment we have encountered. Currently looking for a new service department. More

I had an appointment for 3pm. When I arrived I sat in my car for 15 minutes without even being addressed in a line of cars. I don't feel like my time was respected. More
