My oil change went well. But I have a couple complaints. One being the amount of oil left on my oil pan. It all dripped out on to my driveway. I woke up the next day to find a puddle under my truck. Another thing I noticed was a big ding on one of my wheels. It looked like it was bumped up against a curb. Please take better care next time More

Service was done a bit later than expected due to a crowd showing up. This is the most popular dealer I’ve dealt with thus far. They are friendly and courteous; my car came back shiny and spotless. The service experience was OK. Everything was completed under an hour. The representative could have showed me better where to go to pick up my car. After the service was completed, my car was parked to a no parking spot on the side of the road. And then an 80-year-old gentleman was backing out of his parking spot and he bumped into my car because my car was parked inappropriately by a dealer employee. when we called a dealer manager to help us with the situation, all he said was in Florida the commercial entities do not have any responsibility for whatever might happen in the parking lot. The issue is that I did not park the car in that spot. It was parked by a dealer employee after the service was completed. I was not trying to get him to take any responsibility, but I was asking his assistance about mediating and finding a solution to the issue. At least it would be helpful for him to say that they will be more careful about where they park the car in the future. There was none of that, and there was no sympathy either. it was extremely disappointing the treatment that I received from this gentleman and the attitude under the circumstances. I hope that this is taken seriously by the dealership and they find a solution which is very simple that is to not to park the cars after the service is completed to any location but designated parking spots or just keep it under the control of an employee, so nothing like this have ever happens again . Thankfully there were no dents in my car and we did not have to call a police. Someone might just do that with f this causes a bigger problem in the future if it is not addressed appropriately. More
