I have been with them since 2010 when I bought my new 2010 Prius V top line. I drove it over 80,000 miles and loved it. It was my first Hybrid but not my last. The waiting room has multiple places to charge hones and computers, TVs, free coffee and a snack bar. All those make the waiting more comfortable. I am usually in and out of there in about an hour. I wouldn't think of having my car serviced anywhere else. I wish they would offer Auto Butler Services. More
