I recently had to stop by suddenly due to low tire pressure. The staff were very quick to get the issue taken care of and I was out the door quickly. My 2023 4runner, with only 2200 miles, experienced a torn air filter and the service team tried to sell me the fact that it was a rodent, and not an issue with the fan. There are no bite marks on the filter air filter and the service team tried to sell me the fact that it was a rodent, and not an issue with the fan. There are no bite marks on the filter and I own two other cars neither of which has ever been "attacked". This "rodent" also cost me $500 to repair. I will be visiting another dealership to confirm the validity of the "rodent" attack. Seems unlikely to me but, maybe they were honest. More

This was my first experience at auto nation, and the only good thing I can say about this dealership was the employees were nice. Although I had to wait about three hours for just for an oil change, tire rot good thing I can say about this dealership was the employees were nice. Although I had to wait about three hours for just for an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid. I feel like they overcharged me because I was told one price and then in the end it was about $50 more than what I was told. $290 for those three services is insane. Mostly like won’t take my car back. More
