The service advisor. was unprofessional. I had prepaid service. He claimed since it was Saturday he couldn't pull anything up about my car. Amazing other Toyota dealers was unprofessional. He was ready for me to just take the car & leave. I told him it needed service. I had just move to Fla, from AZ. Finally he took the car back to service department. A little while later he came & presented me with a list of what was recommended. I did agree to the items. Then he came back & asked when had an alignment been done. I told him in May & I was not doing another one His other problem was he kept talking to my son first after being told several times that my son had only driven me to your dealership since I am new to Florida & still learning my way. He was told more than once that I owned the car & would be making all the decisions. He still always addressed my son first. I felt like he thought of me as just a little old lady. When he called me earlier in the week I had to repeat the VIN # several times. I was not sure why he hadn't checked the vin # before we got there on Saturday morning. He really seemed distracted every time we had any interaction with him. He really did not seem to have any interest in his job. The mechanics I am assuming did their job well, but I will not be using David anymore as my service advisor. The young man at the checkout counter where I paid my bill was very professional & pleasant. Just so you know my grandson is purchasing a new Corolla from your dealership. Thanks for listening More

We'll so far I've had 1 recall for the passenger side air bag and now a second recall for the driver's side air bag in only a couple of months of purchasing a new vehicle from your dealership and I must say bag and now a second recall for the driver's side air bag in only a couple of months of purchasing a new vehicle from your dealership and I must say that I'm not a happy customer and Also when I came in last Wednesday for that same appointment your service department was suppose to check all my fluids and when I checked myself later on that day my brake fluid was low also my windshield wiper fluid hadn't been filled . So I must say that I was not happy @ all with the service that I was provided with from autonation of winter park More
The staff has been of great help in maintaining my old car and doing what they can to find discounts for the process. When I've needed shuttles they've often been quick to organize. They did a beautiful job of replacing the quarter panel and bumper and painting it. However, it took three weeks instead of two to have it done. I then had an appt to have the windows tinted at noon the day I picked up the car, but that took another day and another trip to the dealership. The window tinting came out beautifully, and the new carpet mats I bought were installed promptly. The car looks absolutely beautiful and the service people handling it all were excellent. More
