Gerry is a great service consultant. He always checks to make sure I get the exact service I need for my 4Runner and does not try and push for thing that I do not really need. As a result I have had my 4 R make sure I get the exact service I need for my 4Runner and does not try and push for thing that I do not really need. Also, the service center was fairly busy during my last visit and Gerry found me in the waiting area and gave me updates as to where my vehicle was in the service center process, which was great! Last time I came to my original dealer and asked them some questions about my car issues, but it seemed that they did not listen to me very well. For just less than 1 minute, he helped me to fix it easily right in front of my eyes. Amazing job, I have to say!
