Jason knows that as a single woman, not mechanically educated, I am always concerned about any car problems. All I have to do is say something feels or sounds funny and he investigates. This time, he found the battery was not working properly and immediately had it fixed. He teaches me what I should "look out for" and "listen for", and what not to worry about. I usually use this dealer for maintenance. This time, I had a dead battery and just had to get in while the car was running. I had no appointment, but Ozzie got me in right away, confirmed the problem with had a dead battery and just had to get in while the car was running. I had no appointment, but Ozzie got me in right away, confirmed the problem with the battery and corroded positive terminal, changed my oil, and got me on my way. He was friendly and helpful. The battery and oil change prices were what I expected, but the terminal cost a LOT more than I thought it would, considering it's a three-inch piece of metal and a generic one only costs about $3 at the auto parts store.
