This was my first time to bring in my 2012 Toyota Camry. Ozzie came out and greeted me, took all my info and then showed me around the lobby where I waited. Everyone is friendly and efficient. My problem was AC and loose brake. Only needed freon and brake fluid. Fluids used to be included in regular required service checks.
