When I made my initial call to the 1800 number, the lady was very efficient. I was able to set the appointment at my convenience. He explained the benefits of using Pennzoil, then gave me clear directions to go on line for the warranty. I thought that I would need a ride to work -- but learned the car would be ready sooner than I expected... The car would be ready pretty much the same time the ride would be available. The wait was not long. I watched TV, and drank coffee. Jason brought the AC Filter and suggested it be changed. He also said my tires were fine, but they have been on the car for 4 years, and to keep a check on them. He gave me 3 options of tires to choose from for the future, with the price of the tires, balancing them etc. He explained the car needed AC Refresher and a valve replacement. He was thorough, and I appreciate that. I plan to keep this car for a very long time with Jason as the machanic. :) By the way.... the soap in the restroom has a nice fregrance... More

The only bad side was my wife came in expecting to only be there long enough for an oil change. It was discovered the water pump had a leak and the brakes needed work so she wound up waiting about 6 hours be there long enough for an oil change. It was discovered the water pump had a leak and the brakes needed work so she wound up waiting about 6 hours + for the repairs to be completed. You took her to fountain square mall and brought her back. Thanks for making it a little less painful for her. More
