Mr. Perez greeted me in a friendly, cordial manner. I had prepared a list of the services that had been done by Toyota of Orlando in the past. Mr. Perez reviewed the entire history of service performed since I had purchased the car in 2006. He discussed what should be done (75,000 mile service) and explained why. He had told me the estimated amount of cost and time that the necessary service would entail. I did not feel pressured to accept any additional service. Mr. Perez also took the time to look up the history of the service done on my Highlander which will be due for service soon.
