I just had an oil change and tire rotation done but the service department always makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated with how long it will be. The waiting area is nice with plenty of seating with service department always makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated with how long it will be. Most definetly, Jason rubel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is knowledgable, personable, helpful, makes you feel comfortable just knowing he is there for you. I can't say enough about him. My husband and I actually enjoy coming in for our service because we know he will be there to greet us and take care of us down to the last detail. You can consider yourselves lucky to have him in your service dept. Last but not least Henry modaresi, was our salesman when we purchased our Camry and we always make sure we talk with him or if he sees us first he always comes over to greet us. Another wonderful associate that we highly regard as a really good and helpful person. Always willing to help and make sure our visit is a good one. He is also such a pleasure to be around. Ozzie was very friendly and extremely professional. He asked my how my day was and what brought me in today. He showed what serviced my car needed and explained the reason why they were needed. He did not overwhelm me and clearly explained to me the options I had with purchasing new tires that I needed; explaining the difference in oil choices for my car for the mileage I was at; and gently broke the news to me about need new brakes. I did not wait at the dealership and he called me to let me know the status and check points of where my vehicle was at and called me when my vehicle was ready--plus he always clearly explained the price of each service and always clearly explained my options as well not overwhelming me or pressuring me into any specific service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he promptly met me at the cashier's desk with a friendly smile and hand shake. Ozzie, thank you for your wonderful customer service!! More
