I don't know what's going on with the representative I had, her name is Marium...she doesn't listen well or my English is so bad that she doesn't understand me. I told her that I heard noise in the tire area when I turned, on both the right and left sides. When they finish, she tells me that it's already settled, what they did according to the invoice and I paid $505.56 ok. 2 or 3 days later the noise again...hmm I'm already annoyed. And trying to return to complain about the poorly performed service, a thousand things happened to me... when I managed to go on July/10/2024 since it was also time to change the oil, I told him about that situation, that the noise continued, which supposedly they "changed" they spent 4 hours,me waiting for them to tell me that in December, only 1 was done, because the other one had no problem...WHAT...If I told you that it can be heard on both sides, it was so that it could be fixed both sides resolve it, it wasn't just greasing and "done". and after 4 hours you tell me this and they want to fix it NOW... NO WAY..Bye.... No se que pasa con la representante que me tocó, su nombre es Marium...no escucha bien o tan malo es mi ingles que no me entiende. la 1ra vez que fui en diciembre 14, 2023...le indique que escucho ruido en el area de las gomas cuando viró, en ambos lados derecha e izquierda. Cuando terminan me dice ella que ya se arreglo, lo que hicieron segun la factura y pague $505.56 ok. 2 o 3 dias despues otra vez el ruido...hmm ya estoy molesta. Y tratando de volver para reclamar por el servicio mal hecho, mil cosas me pasaron... cuando logro ir 7/10/2024 ya que tambien tocaba cambio de aceite, le dije sobre esa situacion, que eso seguia con el ruido, el cual supuestamente "cambiaron" estuvieron 4 horas para decirme que en Diciembre solo se hizo 1, por que el otro no tenia problema...QUEEE....si te dije que se escuchan los 2 era para que resolvieran, no era solo engrase y ya. y despues de 4 horas me dices esto y quieren arreglar AHORA...mira Bye More

The technical services is horrible. We have a "certified " car we purchase and Ihavent been able tonuse it because air-conditioner is not working. It's been in service for a Month. The technicians are irresponsible and the supervisor too. 3 times we went to pick the car because it was ready and nothing has been done to the car. I wonder what's going on with the supervisors and manager of these technicians that are working with cars over Winter Park. Im.glad is under warranty and im.able to go to work with a courtesy car but I'm paying for a car that haven't been able to.use. They always say we are working on the car. One month!!!!!!!!!!!! More

After leaving messages for three separate, seasoned service advisors there with no return call, I decided to call the next day for any available service advisor, and I got Joel. Even though I was out of state, Joel made sure my son's vehicle's tow had a warm hand off with his service center, and he got an experienced technician to care for my older Toyota. That same day I had a thorough review for repair and any needed service requirements. The first work quote was high, but after we discussed needs over wants plus my military discount offered... the price was fair. I didn't need the vehicle back in any rush, but it was ready to pick-up in a day even with the major repairs that were needed. Another nice thing with this experience is that even while Joel was out of the office, he had Marium step in and keep communication lines open. If you need your car service at this dealership, make sure to ask for Joel. Thank you. More
