The door handle on my car broke and Tom in service was great. The part needed to be ordered, I went in the next day and they installed it. While some employees are kind and make an effort to provide quality service, some are absolute pains to speak with. Tony in services wouldn’t let me ask a question because he interrupted with “let me t provide quality service, some are absolute pains to speak with. Tony in services wouldn’t let me ask a question because he interrupted with “let me tell you a story.” When it came down to me actually asking my question, his only suggestion was to “get my car in for him to see” - when I was asking advice about only potentially wanting services. He refused to tell me if it would cost money to simply ASSESS whether my vehicle needed service and actually hung up the phone when I wouldn’t agree to bring my vehicle in with zero questions answered. Awful experience with Tony. Clearly doesn’t respect customers. More
It was very convenient to drop off my car for recall and general service! The service center closed at 5 on Sunday but the representative placed my keys with the receptionist at the front and I was able to general service! The service center closed at 5 on Sunday but the representative placed my keys with the receptionist at the front and I was able to pick it up conveniently where it was parked with no rush to get there before closing.
