Poor experience, forced me to wait unreasonable time when promised it would be done in the morning, delayed my warranty work multiple times. After identifying there was still oil leaking from my engine, whil promised it would be done in the morning, delayed my warranty work multiple times. After identifying there was still oil leaking from my engine, while having a warranty sold by Autonation, they declined to help me. SERVICE MANAGER STEWART after initially being helpful, started telling me "it was an old used truck, it will have issues" when I decided to video record his comments, told me I couldn't record him and refused to honor my warranty. What didn't you want me to record? You being condescending and rude? They have told me not to come back so despite having an autonation warranty, sold by them I have to elsewhere and spend $200 out of network. I recommend with my direct experience... Don't buy the warranty, and don't use their service More
In Nov 2024 I went in after booking an oil/filter change at a specific time. They say there is a 1-1.5hr wait time for the service. I had to complain after waiting an hour for them to start the service. All at a specific time. They say there is a 1-1.5hr wait time for the service. I had to complain after waiting an hour for them to start the service. All I wanted was the oil/filter change which should have taken at MOST 30 min. The excuse given by the service manager is that they are a high volume business and think it is reasonable to book appointments at times they cannot adhere to. If I book an oil/filter change appt for 8am I expect to be driving away at 8:30am, not 10:00am. I called today to give them a second chance but I will be looking for another service center to do business with since they will not adhere to a booked service time. Be aware they will not tell you there is a wait time until you arrive at the service center. More
I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota’s service department. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and management. I normally don’t have my cars serviced at the dealership but this department. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and management. First of all Rodolfo Freites awesome salesman went above and beyond helping us, Antonio Sanchez great service manager did try to sell us anything we didn't need, Alejandro Bautista was also a great service and beyond helping us, Antonio Sanchez great service manager did try to sell us anything we didn't need, Alejandro Bautista was also a great service manager, couldn't ask for anything more than the greatest customer service ever, something I haven't seen in years.
