This is my first Toyota vehicle and 1 year maintenance check. So far I'm very impressed and pleased with this dealer. They go out of their way to get you in and out on time. I called to get a quote for a remote, was told it was in stock, given a price and told to stop by any day except Sunday before 1pm and I could purchase and they would program for $100. When I came I found out that it would be 3 hours without an appointment. I scheduled appointment for next day and was told about 1.5 hrs. We went over price again. I came back for appointment they had difficulty finding my appointment and thought I was there for service. I had to go through the whole quote process again while waiting in reception area for 1.5 hours. When the messaged me the quote it had an extra $58 service fee that was never disclosed. The manager reduced it by $30 but I still had to pay the rest. After paying it was still hour until the car was ready. We have used this dealership for service over the years and I’m not sure why we go back. There is an issue every time. We even tried to purchase a car there and have had no luck with stock or getting the a vehicle ordered in. They are very busy and nobody is in the same page as far as what is happening. The only positive about this dealership is that the employees are always polite and respectful. More
