Jason knows that as a single woman, not mechanically educated, I am always concerned about any car problems. All I have to do is say something feels or sounds funny and he investigates. I usually use this dealer for maintenance. This time, I had a dead battery and just had to get in while the car was running. I had no appointment, but Ozzie got me in right away, confirmed the problem with had a dead battery and just had to get in while the car was running. The battery and oil change prices were what I expected, but the terminal cost a LOT more than I thought it would, considering it's a three-inch piece of metal and a generic one only costs about $3 at the auto parts store.
