I brought my car from this dealership and have used them for all my maintenance. The last visit I was surprised that the tech did not clean out the leaves from my air vents under the hood. I usually clean it out but thought that since I had it serviced they would have done that. Unfortunately that was not the case. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Jason pulled up our account on the computer. We pointed out that our car was blue and not silver as the computer stated it was. We expressed our concern with possible DMV issues. Within hours Jason had the issue fixed. They totally informed me about the van I purchased and were very honest. I had to go back home after seeing the van to purchase my insurance, because the van wasn't ready yet. (Only because it had just got traded in the night before - not their fault). Edmond came and picked me up to take me back to the dealership to test drive the van and we loved it.
