Came bc I needed a part for my Rav4. I ordered the part then had the service dept to put it in my SUV. I waited for a little while for them to tell me that they installd the wrong part. So, they had to tak then had the service dept to put it in my SUV. I waited for a little while for them to tell me that they installd the wrong part. So, they had to take that part out and install the right part. The guy stated that it was his fault and apologized for it. He gave us a rental until they was able to fix my suv.
