Came bc I needed a part for my Rav4. I ordered the part then had the service dept to put it in my SUV. I waited for a little while for them to tell me that they installd the wrong part. Jason knows that as a single woman, not mechanically educated, I am always concerned about any car problems. All I have to do is say something feels or sounds funny and he investigates.
