Good customer service However, when selling a used car, it must be checked carefully. Car play was not working and second sunroof was not able to close. I had to sit and wait until it was clear the car was sold to me with the above problems. The service department should NOT tell a customer that the extended warranty may not cover something that was sold defective. Once the manger got involved, the piece was ordered and installed everything was fine. More
