My initial conversations with the appropriate personnel was spot on- however early on I had to go back for an oil change and some things I noticed happening when driving that weren't experienced during the was spot on- however early on I had to go back for an oil change and some things I noticed happening when driving that weren't experienced during the test drive. We're in the process of correcting these, I do realize that a used car is not a new car. Autonation Toyota of Weston gives the impression of being a legitimately concerned dealership with customer satisfaction being their goal. 🙂 More

This is a wonderful service department. Hernan, our service rep. does a great job working with us and covering all the basics. My only complaint is the phone service.
