Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. I visited the dealer three times to shop for a Sienna. When I finally went to pick it up, they had sold the unit to someone else!! The funny thing is that the salesman had called me to set an appointment and told me they were washing and getting my car ready for delivery. Total disrespect of my time, I felt completely used. More
