I arrived at 8:48 am for my 9 am appointment. I was immediately checked in from my car. Everyone wore masks. Checked me in and took pictures of my car with the many I pad looking devices that I saw the workers holding. I was very pleased with the coupon I had been provided with before y visit and the recommendations I received after my car was serviced. I was also not pressured into making a donation to the breast cancer charity that Toyota suports. More

The service department was not busy when I arrived, but I still had to wait before seeing a service person. I was told the 10K service would take 1.5 hours but it took 2.
