I appreciated being told up front what the wait time was going to be. I was taken to a Fed Ex to complete some important business and brought back. I had an appointment at eight am and was told by your attendant that all I needed was an wheel alignment. I was my truck would be ready at 10am. At 11 am it was still not ready. I was told they would give me a ride home and the would call me when it was ready. I need the truck to take my wife to the doctor because she is a heart patient. I can tell TOYOTA don’t want my business and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry service. Freddie Baisden More
