Service adviser don't have structured pricing that the follow when you bring you car in for servicing or they choose not to follow one so they inflate price of Service you looking to take care of. My service adviser told me to $150 to check my check engine light, the person who he referred me to the next day says $84. They tell you it won't cost much to do your repairs, and once they done, it's way over what they tell you to get you to leave your car. They print labour price @ $113 per hour when quoting, when I went to pickup my car, because I left the papers at home, he quoted $137.99 per hour for labor. Just be very careful with this service center, I'm 1 and done! More

The technicians who performed the work appears to have done a good job. However, the service advisor is totally inept. This is my second time dealing with this particular advisor, so I'm qualified to make done a good job. However, the service advisor is totally inept. My car's service was complete & parked waiting for pick-up for over 30 minutes & the advisor was clueless. This happened during the 1st visit as well. Honestly, the professionalism of ALL the service advisors could be improved. Too much laughing, giggling & joking around as if they're in a bar at happy hour. But they straighten themselves up & play the proper role when a pretty woman pulls up to be serviced. I shouldn't have to inform an advisor that my car is done. Not sure if I will return. The professionalism is poor, but the technicians seem to do quality work. More

When making the appointment, I tried to verify that there was a discount for a set of 4 new tires, but was unable to get confirmat set of new tires. I went to this dealership to have a tire rotation, I was there 3 hours waiting for them to do the service, and they brought my car out send told me it had been done. I got a service receipt. Look at my tires where i had on one different tire than the manufacturer tires, and noticed that it had not moved. The service advisor told me it was because it was a newer tire than the others and that is why it wasn't moved to be back and rotated. The manager said that the tire should be in the back because it's new and the old should go in the back and he knows that because of his 30 plus years of experience..I was not happy with his tone and the way he handled me as a toyota customer. I felt like because I was a woman the manager did not give my concerns about not receiving the service i was there to get and the service they had me believing i was getting as i set there for there hours. The manager simply said ma'am what do you want.. we can do the tire rotation now. I said sir i have already been here four hours. It was a disappointing experience to have my suspicions realized, because i feel that they had done that to me before.. More
