It took 3hrs for an oil change and the rep to go over additional services needed. If I would’ve agreed to the additional service, I would have had to wait at least an additional 3hrs before my car would additional services needed. Workers were very courteous and professional, I gave 4 stars because the wait is just too long for me. I would prefer auto nation do my oil changes but I’m used to going through the oil shops you stay in stars because the wait is just too long for me. I would prefer auto nation do my oil changes but I’m used to going through the oil shops you stay in your car and it takes less then 20 minutes. No appt. Just drive through but it was free with auto nation and I’m very thankful. More
