Had an appointment at 1:00. I showed up at 12:45 and they took me right in for oil change and tire rotation. Took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I needed front brakes and brake fluid changed. Tech said to come back in 90 minutes. Called him after 90 minutes and he said they are finishing up. Tech was very professional and addressed me as ma’am and thanked me for my business and to have a blessed day. Good experience at Toyota dealership today. I have been customer for many years and have purchased my last two vehicles here. Recommend Toyota Vehicles and this dealership for service. More

I bought a service package with my new car and I bring it to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. I recently serviced my Toyota Highlander at this dealer and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my veh and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my vehicle.
