The service here is hit and miss it depends on the representative that assists you. My last time i got Zachary and auto tech Katie. Both were extremely knowledgable and detailed. Katie gave me pictures and provided a grwat summary of the work i needed. I will go back to this dealership but only if certain persons are assisting. The drawback was the wait time. More

Got my oil change, tire rotation and alignment at Auto Nation on Thornton Rd. I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment which was for Saturday @ 11:30am. I decided to drop my car off instead o Nation on Thornton Rd. I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment which was for Saturday @ 11:30am. I decided to drop my car off instead of waiting for it so took it in at 8am. After discovering that the scheduled appointment was not in their system their awesome service rep. Dennard Addison assured me that all was well and he would take care of it, which he did just that. I received a call from Dennard at 10am and my car was ready way ahead of me initial scheduled time. Appointment dated7/12/22 at 2pm,arrive at 1:30,complete necessary information on my car,advisors Darnell shared with mileage what was need to be done for my car at 4pm made payment was for service. When my husband was rushed to hospital for cardiac arrest the hospital lost his clothes with key in pants. I went to auto Nation and purchased a key that would open door but was told it would cost an additio the hospital lost his clothes with key in pants. I went to auto Nation and purchased a key that would open door but was told it would cost an additional 150 to program after I could get the truck towed there. So I had it towed 3 days later I received a phone call saying it was ready to be picked up and it was going to cost 381. 00 dollars I said but that is not what I was told I was told 150. He proceeded to tell me what do you want me to do lady fix the key where it doesn't work. This all happened the day after my husband had passed away and they knew this and had no compassion More
