AutoNation DO NOT have any honest service advisors. They will cheat you out of your money! They quote you one price before they take your car back and change it when it’s time to pay (a big change) 🙄� They will cheat you out of your money! Hello, I successfully have my Tundra repaired and back home today. I want to let you know that you have some very effective, caring, friendly, employees working for you. From the time I brought my truck t home today. I want to let you know that you have some very effective, caring, friendly, employees working for you. From the time I brought my truck to the service department to the many communications they made to me to keep me posted and for them to help me decide on what I wanted to do at each step in the repairs, they all were very professional. To take care of my transportation to and from my home after dropping my truck off was an extra bonus. Thank you. The driver was very happy with his job. Sam and Gordon kept trying to take care of my situation. They made the necessary calls to my extended warranty subscription I have with my truck. They were successful in getting some needed repairs done by communicating with them. When your driver delivered me to my truck today, the windows were all cleaned and i could tell my truck was well taken care of. My hat is off to you for having such good customer service. I have not seen this level of customer service ever. You WIN!!. WELL DONE!! More
