The Customer staff to make a service app is awful, don’t know anything, took too long to help and repeated things over and over . Then when servicing my automobile the advisor did not tell me what my car w know anything, took too long to help and repeated things over and over . Then when servicing my automobile the advisor did not tell me what my car would need as per the courtesy review, however the invoice was showing like I denied all the services suggested. Bad service, always been , they told me 1 and half hour but they kept me for 7 hours and they didn’t do nothing other than tire rotation, the service manager promised me to call me next day when the new ti but they kept me for 7 hours and they didn’t do nothing other than tire rotation, the service manager promised me to call me next day when the new tires arrive but never did, I called to make a complaint they gave me the wrong extension for the general manager, my blower fan is damage and makes noise they told me to change the ac filter first to see if will solve the problem, they placed me a different tire brand in one weal causing noise and keeps vibrating, I really want to hold them responsible for any damage to my suv due to them bad service, I can keep on and on , I have 2 years dealing with that just because they are the closest to my home and business, if you face the service manager with this complaint then he will know who I am and he knows how to contact me to do things right More
It is very difficult to schedule a service appointment on the website and with the call center, it took me 3 tries before getting the right appointment. The Toyota app is useless as well.
