I came over to do the complete service which included tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, air filter to name a few. Before I got to the appointment. I added some air in my tires. The rear passenger tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, air filter to name a few. Before I got to the appointment. I added some air in my tires. The rear passenger-side tire was at 39psi. The others were 34 and 35 psi. When they gave me back my car. The rear passenger-side tire was still at 39 and the others were at 35 and 36. I am very observant about my vehicle. This tells me that the tires were definitely not rotated. Because of this, I do not even know if the oil and air filters were changed or any other thing that was supposed to be done. I am very big on honesty, and I am very sure that the tire rotation was not done because i observed them before dropping the vehicle off to the dealer. I paid over $300 plus for this service, and I think they may have done only the oil change. I was offered a complimentary car wash which was never given because the rep said the line was too long for the car wash. If they were not honest enough to do the tire rotation, what else could they not have done. More

The reason for my low rating was because they boast about upfront pricing yet the price I was quoted upfront and the price I had to pay at the end were VERY different. Additionally I selected a coupon to get upfront pricing yet the price I was quoted upfront and the price I had to pay at the end were VERY different.
