Received good service on this date and in a timely manner. Rick, our advisor is always pleasant and honest. However, we received a call from another advisor citing a long list of of recommendations manner. Rick, our advisor is always pleasant and honest. However, we received a call from another advisor citing a long list of of recommendations for future repairs. We did NOT receive this list nor was it documented so that we would be able to review and calculate how and when these repairs would take place over time. Our bill was over 1,400 with more service repairs to come. Our 2013 Camry is in good d shape. All repairs have bee done in a timely manner. Makes you wonder how much more in terms of repairs is actually needed. More

Purchasing the car was a good experience, nice sell man. It was fine. If I could critique anything, I would say to throw a few thousand bucks at the customer waiting area for modernization, comfort, and aesthetics. I think that it would not be unfair to say that it could use a facelift. Richard Nicely was my service advisor and was as good as anyone could ask. I was in for two recalls, one was corrected and parts were ordered for the other. Everything was good. More
