Had an appt at 0700 on Aug 3 for oil change and routine maintenance. My vehicle need additional work and Anthony arranged for me to be taken home. He called about 1030 saying my car was ready and the dri maintenance. My vehicle need additional work and Anthony arranged for me to be taken home. My wife arrived at 11:20 as scheduled. Oil change and tire rotation. She left Thornton Rd. Toyota at 3:00. 2 hours 40 minutes. Not acceptable for scheduled service.
