Bought a new 2016 Prius here. 5 years later, tail lights have internal fighting and plastic coated areas by windows are chipping and peeling. I believe these to be factory defects. Auto Nation made it easy for me to purchase a Solara Convertible 15 years ago. I had it serviced there as well and was always treated with respect by professionals. Five years ago, I sold my Solara and purchased a Highlander SUV. Again, I told the sales rep how much I could afford each month and they made it possible. I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Auto Nation and am very please with the work that is provided. The agent greets me at my scheduled time, takes the time to listen and answer my questions, and is upfront and clear about what is necessary. I also like that they keep my car records in their system and explain what may need to happen next and when. I like that they know about car care and management. I truly appreciated my last car visit where Bernard discussed the necessary maintenance such as oil change, filter, etc. He was very kind, engaging, and knew everything about my car. I have never been disappointed by Auto Nation Toyota. More
