I recently serviced my Toyota Highlander at this dealer and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my veh and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my vehicle. I don't know much about the dealership. Not pleased with service department though. Got the you're a female run around Okie Dokie treatment. I had my car towed to this location. I called an hour or so after I knew the car was dropped off by the AAA towing truck. The manager, Mitch, claimed that he did not have the car there, I called an hour or so after I knew the car was dropped off by the AAA towing truck. The manager, Mitch, claimed that he did not have the car there, and even if the car was there, the keys were lost. He also gave me a lot of attitude. I went by the next day to make sure the car was there. Not only was the car sitting in the front of the building, the same manager (Mitch) tried to argue with me again. He stated that the car was not out there even though I walked past it as I entered the building. After receiving no updates on my car during the two days it was in the shop, I was told the service tech and their manager had driven the car around trying to recreate the noise/problem, but they "never could" recreate it. As I drove the car off the lot, the car began to make the same noise. I would not recommend this place even if it was the last mechanic's shop open for 250 miles. Horrible management, and they aren't afraid to lie. Thankfully they didn't charge me, but why would they charge when no work was actually done? More
