Had an appointment at 1:00. I showed up at 12:45 and they took me right in for oil change and tire rotation. Took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I needed front brakes and brake fluid changed. Tech said to come back in 90 minutes. Called him after 90 minutes and he said they are finishing up. Tech was very professional and addressed me as ma’am and thanked me for my business and to have a blessed day. Good experience at Toyota dealership today. I have been customer for many years and have purchased my last two vehicles here. Recommend Toyota Vehicles and this dealership for service. More

I bought a service package with my new car and I bring it to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. Also they marked one filter ch to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. They took the floor mats out of the vehicle and tried to force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They attempted to sell me a $2600 xxxxxxxx appearance warranty th force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They attempted to sell me a $2600 xxxxxxxx appearance warranty that I refused. They told me it wasn’t optional. I was able to refuse it but only if I financed through them. They were able to get the interest rate where I wanted it so I did. They also did a xxxxty job of cleaning up the car and I had to send it back twice to get really obvious xxxx cleaned up. The 4 runner is really nice but it would’ve been good to buy it anywhere else More
