I have been bringing my Toyota Sienna to this dealership since October 2018 and I have generally been satisfied with the service. However, on my last visit, June 1, 2022, I had an appointment at 12:30 PM fo since October 2018 and I have generally been satisfied with the service. However, on my last visit, June 1, 2022, I had an appointment at 12:30 PM for an oil change and brakes check. Upon my arrival there were 7 cars ahead of me. I patiently waited for over 15 minutes before my service advisor came to my car. After telling the service advisor what I needed to be done I asked him about how long it would take to get an oil change. He told me that it would be about 1-1 1/2 hours for it to be done. He then went back to his station. In all of this time NOT ONE car was moved out of the line and brought into a service bay. I then waited another 15 minutes in line and still not one car was taken in for service. At this point, I went to his station and informed him that I wanted to cancel this appointment and that I would call back for a re-schedule. He never apologized for the delay. At this point, I backed out of the reception area and left. My main complaint is that if one makes an appointment for service then their car should be attended to within a reasonable time. If the cars ahead of me were "drive-ins," with no appointment, then what is the purpose of me making an appointment? I would think that a customer with an appointment should be put ahead of these "drive-ins!" This situation is unacceptable and needs to be corrected. More
