Phoned dealership to request re recall info. I was told that the recall service could be handled. I was given an appoinment of 9am 6/15. When I arrived at service department, I was told that I was told that the recall service could be handled. I was given an appoinment of 9am 6/15. When I arrived at service department, I was told that the parts for the recall was not available. Why was I given an appointment? The person that I spoke with should have known this. This was a waste of my time, as well as gas. More

This dealer and service department is conveniently close to where I live so I go there for service. I’m usually there at least 1 and 1/2 hour for an oil change. There is ample space for seating but there to where I live so I go there for service. I’m usually there at least 1 and 1/2 hour for an oil change. There is ample space for seating but there waiting area is usually pretty crowded with customers waiting for service to be completed in their vehicle. The waiting area could use more outlets for customers to charge/power their electronic devices. More
